My Blog is new, so I try to find how to increase my Alexa Ranking. I find a lot of Tips for increase Alexa Ranking. I try to compile all of tips below

1. Download the Alexa Toolbar, install and use it every time you visit your website

2. Put Alexa rank widget in your website. Just choose Alexa Traffic Graph or Alexa Site Stats. You will find the image like this

3. Write something about Alexa in your website. Webmasters like and love to hear about ways to increase their Alexa rank. They will link and send you targeted traffic

4. Use Alexa redirect on your website URL. I try to use http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?www.the-success.blogspot.com.
You can replace "the-success.blogspot.com" with your URL website.

5. Write content which related with one or more webmasters.

6. Joint with website forum, such as EntreCard, Blogger Forum, etc. This forum will increase your traffic.

7. Put some widget which related with Webmasters or Advertisers, such as Google, Bidvertiser, Smorty, etc. Sometimes this widget will get the unique traffic for you.

8. Use PayPerClick campaign. You can buy advertisement on search engine such as google adwords.

Are those tips above work and success increase Alexa Ranking? I just want to find out, and let see for next few week or next few month. Wish those tips work well

Alexa rank is said to be useless. Create quality content which is keyword rich. Ping when you post and post regularly...at least 2-3 times per week. You will get noticed. Alexa means very little these days.

The Alexa tool bar doesn't carry as much weight as it used to. Alexa recently redid the way they figure rankings. So the tool bar doesn't carry the same weight now.

I believe the redirect trick on Alexa no longer works.

Also, after Alexa updated their algorithm it turns out that backlinks now also affect your rank along with the old system.

I am afraid my friend if those tricks would still work. Alexa changed their algorithm lately and have added additional components on the ranking, so that still leaves us clueless.

Let's wait and see when someone finally uncover something on the new algorithm. Meanwhile continue building your incoming links and your traffic.

    Great blog aries! ^^

Google has moved up in the Alexa rankings and is now placed in the second position behind a very consistent yahoo.com. Google has replaced MSN.com which is now placed at the third positions. However, the traffic reach of live.com is rapidly increasing and Microsoft is seemingly putting all its attention in Live.com. One need not be surprised if Live.com conquers the top position in the near future.
